About the Role: As part of the Eagle Creek Regulatory Affairs department, regulatory and compliance staff lead and support the following main areas including project regulatory, environmental and operations compliance filings. Manage project licensing including interfacing with Federal and State resource agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders, as well as offer ongoing compliance monitoring and reporting and document preparation/publishing.

- Manage project relicense planning including scheduling, process implementation and coordination of consultants and vendors during relicense proceedings.
- Provide timely tracking, follow-up, and reporting of license compliance requirements.
- Assist in acquiring local, state, and federal permits for planned or emergency site work and project improvements.
- Drive project compliance for multiple geographic divisions in alignment with the Operations department using an Information Management system.
- Review technical data to prepare letters, plans, and reports.
- Evaluate site-specific regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor new compliance/regulatory interns.
- Perform other regulatory and compliance duties as assigned.
